Community Service Before Self

Welcome to Community Service Before Self

First responder programs in our community are in desperate need of educating the public on the value of their life-saving services and our cluster of seven local radio stations have created the public platform to help them.

The platform that we have created locally, is designed to provide our local first responders; currently the Champaign Fire Department, Champaign Sheriff’s Department, and Urbana Fire Department with the resources to educate the public on the value of their life-saving services.

Since 2020, we have partnered with both Fire Departments on smaller initiatives with great success and appreciation.  Getting the support of businesses like yours throughout Champaign-Urbana will provide us with the needed resources to expand these programs to far greater levels.  Not only are these positive initiatives lifesaving, but they are also educational and supportive in nature.  Additionally, they provide tremendous opportunities for organizations like yours to benefit in the goodwill aspect of providing the resources needed to help our community.

It is our belief that having a safe and thriving community is good for business and contributes to stimulated social and economic growth.
