Innovation Grove Summer Academy to provide STEM summer camp to Champaign middle schoolers

CHAMPAIGN, IL (Chambana Today) — At Next Generation School this summer, CU middle schoolers will have the opportunity not just to learn STEM, but to build it.

Whether it be engineering design challenges, creative team builds, tech demos, sustainability projects, or science experiments, the Innovation Grove Summer Academy will have it all. The academy will run for four weeks in June, with two themes available. The Technology and Engineering weeks will run from June 1 to June 5 and June 15 to June 19. The Science weeks will run from June 8 to June 12 and June 22 to June 26.

Days run form 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., with early drop-off at 8 a.m. and late pick-up at 5 p.m.

Parents may register their child for one week of either theme or two weeks (one of each theme).
