Champaign County Young Leaders recognized at Illinois Farm Bureau annual meeting

BLOOMINGTON, Ill. (Chambana Today) — Champaign County’s agricultural leaders were among those honored during the Illinois Farm Bureau (IFB) Annual Meeting, held December 6-9 in Chicago. The recognition, which celebrates outstanding achievements in agriculture and community engagement, highlighted the hard work and dedication of young leaders in the farming community.

Daniel and Constance Herriott of Champaign County were awarded the prestigious Young Leader Achievement Award, recognizing their accomplishments both on their farm and in their leadership roles. The Herriotts have been dedicated to enhancing agricultural practices and fostering leadership within the community.

In addition to the Herriotts’ recognition, Champaign County was also represented in other key award categories, showcasing the depth of involvement and leadership within the local Farm Bureau.
