ROSEMONT, Ill. (Chambana Today) — The Big Ten Conference, Big Ten Network (BTN), and Allstate have announced a landmark partnership aimed at amplifying women’s athletics across the conference. At the heart of the initiative is the Allstate Big Ten Women’s Championship Series, a year-long competition that will celebrate athletic excellence across all women’s sports.

The series will track and reward performance in both regular and postseason play across all Big Ten women’s programs. At the conclusion of the academic year, the school with the highest cumulative score will be crowned the overall champion.

In addition to launching the championship series, the partnership names Allstate as the Official Insurance Partner of the Big Ten Conference and brings several key sponsorship components:

  • Title sponsor of the Big Ten Women’s Basketball Tournament, scheduled for March 4–8, 2026, at Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis.
  • Presenting sponsor for all 12 women’s Olympic sports championships and tournaments, including gymnastics, soccer, and softball.
  • Sponsorship of BTN’s new women’s soccer series, On The Pitch, showcasing the stories and journeys of Big Ten athletes.

“The Big Ten’s commitment to women’s sports stretches back decades and is reflected in the competitive success we see today,” said Tony Petitti, Big Ten Conference Commissioner. “We’re excited to partner with Allstate to further showcase these exceptional student-athletes, coaches and teams.”

Elizabeth Brady, Allstate’s Chief Marketing, Customer and Communications Officer, emphasized the company’s mission-driven approach to supporting college athletics. “Together with the Big Ten, we’re elevating women’s sports and empowering all student-athletes who lead on their campuses and in communities.”

François McGillicuddy, President of BTN, added “Allstate’s commitment will enhance BTN’s coverage of the most significant moments, shots and plays in Big Ten women’s athletics.”
