CHAMPAIGN, IL (Chambana Today) – Once you have begun to understand the metrics of Meta, let’s simplify it with scheduling posts during peak interest times.

Here is how to Schedule Facebook Posts for Your Business Page

Scheduling posts can save time and keep your Facebook content consistent — even when you’re busy running your business. Here’s how to do it using Meta Business Suite (Facebook’s free tool):

  1. Open Meta Business Suite
  • On desktop: Go to business.facebook.com and select your Page.
  • On mobile: Download the Meta Business Suite app (iOS or Android) and log in.
  1. Create Your Post
  • Click Create Post (desktop) or tap + Create (mobile).
  • Add your text, photos, videos, or links just like you would for a normal post.
  1. Choose “Schedule” Instead of “Publish”
  • Click the dropdown arrow next to Publish.
  • Select Schedule Post.
  • Pick your preferred date and time (based on when your audience is most active).
  1. Review and Confirm
  • Double-check the content, date, and time.
  • Click Schedule.
  1. Manage or Edit Scheduled Posts
  • In Business Suite, go to Planner or Posts & Stories to see all upcoming posts.
  • From there, you can edit the content or reschedule.

Why it matters: Scheduling helps you maintain a steady presence, post at optimal engagement times (even outside business hours), and free up your day to focus on serving customers.

Remember, data is ever changing make sure you are continuing to review your page actions, reach and engagement.
